Setup security roles for different employee functions and job descriptions. Review what employees have what security roles. Changing a security role will automatically change the security for the employees’ setup to use that security roll.
With staff security you can allow or restrict access to different tools and reports within the software. Restrict or give access to Sales Forms, Edit/View existing sales, Accounting, Inventory, Management Reporting, Download Ability, Force Appointment ability, rather they have Credit Card Processing ability. Almost any tool in the software can be turned on or off by security role or for an individual. If you give managers the ability to setup staff, they will only be able to grant access to tools that they themselves have access to.

With our data access tools, you can start off by restricting what orders a security role or individual has rights to. You can restrict sales staff to only reviewing their own sales orders. You can restrict a store, regional, or district manager to only see data within their management area. You can restrict technicians and employees to only see orders that are assigned or scheduled to them. You can give call center personnel access to only access the software from within your network. You have the ability to setup an employee to access the software from home, on the road, or restrict them to only accessing the software while they are in your office or call center.
