Create invoices from completed work orders quickly and in batch. You can automate business rules to get just the results you want. You can print, email and download invoices to send to clients. You can create a login for your clients to review the completed jobs and what you’re charging them for each one, saving you time from inquiry phone calls.
Search for invoices quickly. Edit past invoices, removing or adding a single order(s). Combine invoices or split invoices into multiple ones. Quickly move work orders from one invoice to another without deleting and recreating the whole invoice. View how many items are on an invoice, the total invoice amount and how many items / amount were paid on.
Quickly create fee based or hourly based payroll reports for internal employees and technicians as well as subcontractors that work on a piece price bases. Search for previously created Pay Reports quickly and easily using the Pay Report Search page. From here you can edit, view, download, or email your Pay Reports.
With the overview page you have a quick snapshot of your company’s current overall financial status. Included is information on accounts receivable/payable, account balances, monies spent and earned.
